Working With Children Check

As part of the application and re-endorsement process for Trainers, Assessors and Facilitators, it is necessary that a Working With Children Check form has been completed. SLSNSW have a ruling that a WWCC form is completed annually as part of the membership renewal process. When this is completed, the box should be checked in SurfGuard that the form has been completed. This is sufficient proof for your application or re-endorsement, however if it has not been entered in SurfGuard, this will delay the endorsement process. Link to WWCC form
