Description
The Entrance SLSC
Established 1923

The Entrance Beach and backing town take their name from the entrance to Tuggerah Lake located immediately north of the beach. The 300m-long east-facing beach is located at the base of low bluffs and fronted by extensive rocks and reefs to the north and south. The surf club is located on the bluffs overlooking the beach, with two rock pools on the southern rock platform, backed by dressing sheds. The beach continues south beyond the pools where it is fronted by shallow reefs and tidal pools. The beach receives some protection from the rocks and reefs, however as it faces east it also picks up most swell.
