Description Byron Bay SLSC Established 1907
Byron Bay SLSC is the second oldest club north of Sydney and one of the oldest in Australia. Located at Main Beach, its members rescue an average of nine people each year. The main street runs right to the beach at the sea wall where a large car park is located. A grassy park and picnic area run south to the surf club and beyond, with additional parking behind.
